Friday Night Magic The Gathering - Reality Echoes Draft + Casual Commander - 16th October

Step into the fractured reality of Magic: The Gathering and build a deck from the ground up!
Join us at Mythic Tabletop Games in Winchester for a special Reality Fracture Draft on Friday 16th October. Open booster packs, draft and discover powerful cards and put your deck-building skills to the test in an evening of Magic, friendly competition and great company.

What Is the Reality Echoes Draft Event?
This special Magic: The Gathering draft event that puts a twist on the usual Pick-Two Draft format.
The idea is simple: draft your cards as usual, but look out for two different legendary cards that form an Echoed Pair. Collect both, and you’ll unlock an extra advantage during the game!

How does it work?

• Draft your deck: Draft three Reality Fracture Play Boosters using the usual Pick-Two Draft format, passing packs as normal.
• Look for matching pairs: Each booster contains three Echoed Pair bonus sheet cards: two that form a matching pair and one unpaired legendary. You can collect matching cards from different packs as you draft.
• Choose your pair: Before each game, if you have drafted a complete Echoed Pair, reveal the two different cards. They start the game in exile.
• Use your advantage: During the game, you can cast one of your exiled cards as though it were in your hand. When you do, you may shuffle the other card into your library.
• You can draft several complete pairs, but you can only start each game with one pair in exile. Two copies of the same legendary card don't count as a pair.
• Don't worry if you don't find a pair! You can still draft and play as normal, and you're free to pass on pairs during the draft if you'd rather take other cards.
• The Echoed Pairs mechanic adds an extra strategic element to Pick-Two Draft, giving you a potential centrepiece for your deck and a powerful card to plan around.

Matches are organised using the Wizards Companion app, so you can follow your pairings and results throughout the event.
