Clothing & Clothing accessories
Our clothing is printed/embroidered on demand (in most cases) and is despatched from our warehouse in Wolverhampton. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Items are sent couriered and live tracking (provided by Asendia) is available with your order.
Games, Toys, Cards are Gaming Accessories
Our games, toys, cards and accessories are despatched from our Hampshire warehouse within 24-48 hours after ordering (busy periods dependant) via tracked delivery. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Tracking is provided and is available on your order confirmation email and if applicable your MTG account.
Please note, orders may be sent from multiple locations, and individual items could arrive at different periods. However, tracking will always be available.

Customs fees
Depending on your order’s destination you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country, and other factors. Please check with your local authorities regarding duties.
Please note If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by us in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
Delivery FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on weight, location and other factors. For an exact delivery cost please add your items to your basket and go to checkout, then you can calculate shipping/delivery costs based on your basket contents and delivery address location.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries, but please check delivery location from the shipping calculator at the checkout stage. It will tell you if we can or are unable to deliver to your country.
What if I do not receive my order?
Please first check your tracking information provided. It will update you as to your package(s) location and estimated time of arrival.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If tracking shows a delivery but you still don’t have your item please contact us as we can either issue a refund or contact our delivery to find out where the order is located. Please send an email to hello@mtg.fan with your order number and tracking number.

Liability
Liability for Supplementary Costs Caused by Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders
We strive to ensure that all orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered in a timely manner. However, in the event of a delay, loss, or misrouting of your order, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased and the delivery fee paid (if applicable).
We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by you as a result of a delay, lost, or misrouted order, including but not limited to missed opportunities, loss of income, or other consequential damages.
If your order is delayed, lost, or misrouted, please contact our customer service team promptly via email on hello@mtg.fan or phone on +0044 (0) 1962 435 040, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
