🎄 Christmas Party Package – £220

Includes:
• Exclusive use of the games tables area for 3 hours
• Access to our games library
• Friendly staff on hand to recommend and set up games
• A selection of table snacks (crisps, nuts, etc.)

☕ Drinks

Drinks will be available to purchase on the night from our café and bar — including draught beers, craft beers & cider, wines, soft drinks, and a range of hot drinks.
If you'd like, we can also arrange pre-ordered bottles or drinks packages in advance, so everything’s ready for your arrival.

To secure the booking, we require a 25% deposit (£55), with the remaining balance due on the day.

A few important notes:

• All food and drinks should be purchased through Mythic Tabletop Games (except for a pre-agreed celebration cake).
• Our team will be on hand to facilitate games, but overall group supervision remains the responsibility of the organiser.
• We operate a Challenge 25 policy at the bar and reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
• Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days’ notice.
• Final payment is due on the day of the event.
