🧙 Table Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mythic Tabletop Games, where stories come alive and adventures begin!
We’re proud to be an independent, community-focused games store with gaming tables. To keep things running smoothly (and fair for everyone), please take a moment to read our booking terms.

Booking, Deposits & Pricing

• Table bookings cost £2.50 per person per hour - this applies to everyone seated at the table. Your fee helps support our independent store, maintain our games library, and ensure our friendly team can keep Mythic running for the whole community.
• A deposit is required to secure your table and will be deducted from your total on the day.
• Please arrive promptly. Your session begins at the time you’ve booked. If you’re running late, we’ll hold your table for up to 15 minutes before releasing it.
• A Deposit of £5 per booking is taken. This deposit is non-refundable and helps us hold your table just for you. It ensures that bookings are genuine and helps cover preparation time, cleaning, and no-show costs. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill when you arrive and play so it’s not an extra charge, just a little bit upfront to secure your space.

Supervision of Young Adventurers

• Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while in the gaming or retail areas.
• The accompanying adult must remain on site and is counted as part of the booking - everyone at the table must have a paid space.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking if this condition isn’t met.

Game Library & Equipment

• Please handle all games, miniatures, and accessories with care.
• Missing pieces or damage may incur a replacement fee.
• When you’re done, return games to staff so others can enjoy them too.

Food & Drink

• We’ll keep you fuelled while you play! Pre-packed snack bowls and a range of drinks are available to buy in-store.
• Fancy something hot? Order food through us and have it delivered straight to your table from our local café partner.
• Please note: Only food and drink purchased through us may be consumed on site.
  If you have specific dietary needs we can’t cover, just drop us a message beforehand — we’ll always do our best to help.

Conduct & Community

• Mythic is a space for fun, imagination, and respect. Please be kind to fellow players and staff.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
  

Liability

• Mythic Tabletop Games cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Participation in games and events is at your own risk.
  

Changes & Cancellations

• Occasionally we may need to adjust bookings or close areas for special events.
• We’ll always give as much notice as possible.
